Social Media Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Messages and Comments:
  • Promptly and professionally manage and respond to incoming messages on all AeroXSpace Adventure social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.).
  • Address comments and inquiries with accuracy and friendliness, following the company’s communication guidelines.
  • Assisting with Social Media and KOL Management Administration:
  • Support the Social Media team in organizing and scheduling content.
  • Help maintain and update the database of social media content, ensuring files are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, such as tracking collaborations, scheduling posts, and communicating with influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Female
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in responding to messages.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
