Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Management with planning talent management.
- Talent Acquisition include Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Training and Development program to enhance skills and career growth.
- Work together with all Head of Departement to maintain productive work environment.
- Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Reporting of Payroll, BPJS, Succesion Plan, and HR Budget.
Qualification :
- Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Law / Psikology.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
