Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic HR Management with planning talent management.
  2. Talent Acquisition include Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  3. Training and Development program to enhance skills and career growth.
  4. Work together with all Head of Departement to maintain productive work environment.
  5. Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Reporting of Payroll, BPJS, Succesion Plan, and HR Budget.

 

Qualification :

  1. Female
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Law / Psikology.
  3. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
