- The birthday package is catered for children, any additional food for adults or nannies should be purchased from the AeroXSpace Lounge.
- The number of children must be confirmed one day prior to the party complete with list of invitees name, no changes can be made after that or on the day.
- No outside food, beverage are permitted. 3rd party decortion and/or entertainment to be disccussed and approved during the planning phase.
- Outside birthday cakes and goodybags are permitted.
- A deposit payment of 50% from total initial invoice is required to confirm a booking. The balance payment has to be settled three (3) days before the party at the latest.
- Any additional charges that occur during the party can be payable directly to the Admission counter and/or Lounge at published price.
- The birthday room where the party is held will be available for a maximum use of two (2) hours.
- Benefits based on park term and condition.
- Deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- AeroXSpace will advise if the party date request to reschedule is available. If you are changing your confirmed booking date, a fee will be charged as per below:
- 5 days or more prior to the event: 20% from the overall invoice will be added.
- Less than 5 days prior to the confirmed booking will incur an additional 30% from the overall invoice.
- The birthday package include food changes/modification, can not be accommodated 3 days before the party date.
- 7 days before confirmed booking, 20% from overal invoice will be forfeited. THe remaining balance of payment will be credited toweards future AeroXSpace visits.
- 3 days before confirmed booking, 50% from overal invoice will be forfeited. THe remaining balance of payment will be credited toweards future AeroXSpace visits.
- Less than 3 days cancellation prior to confirmed party date, 100% from overall invoice will be forfeited.
