With 25 stellar attractions, AeroXSpace Adventure has something for every space explorer! To enter the Space Center, cadets must be at least 110 cm tall. For Galactic Climbs and the Space Coaster, you’ll need to be 120 cm or taller.

Ready for the ultimate adventure? Our VR Flying Cinema will take you beyond the stars, just make sure you’re at least 130 cm tall. And to conquer the Stellar Ropes Course, a height of 140 cm is required. Reach for the stars!

Datang di hari libur, antrinya lumayan, untungnya mereka membuka 2 jalur antrian: yg sdh booking online sama yg belum. Bisa main 1 jam, 2 jam atau sepuasnya. Berhubung pas kami datang lagi rame, jadi 1 jam rasanya kurang..

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to AeroXSpace Adventure Park and entering the AeroXSpace premises, customers and the parents/guardians of their children agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. AeroXSpace is cleaned and sanitized regularly; therefore, all customers are required to clean their hands and wear special socks before entering to ensure health and safety conditions. AeroXSpace is not responsible for any allergic reactions, health conditions, and safety risks.
  2. All customers are required to fill in contact details, read the terms, and sign a declaration form to enter AeroXSpace for safety and security purposes.
  3. Each entry ticket is valid for one person only, and we will not remind customers after their playtime ends. Additional charges will apply when customers exceed their playtime.
  4. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children while they enjoy and participate in AeroXSpace activities and attractions.
  5. Participation of adult or child customers in all activities and attractions at AeroXSpace is subject to minimum physical requirements such as height and weight restrictions, including the use of safety equipment imposed for the safety of AeroXSpace customers.
  6. AeroXSpace is committed to enforcing the highest safety standards and regulations. While AeroXSpace personnel will be present during adult and child participation in or around play areas, customers’ movements throughout the facility will not be directly supervised by AeroXSpace personnel.
  7. All customers are subject to all AeroXSpace policies and regulations. Parents of children and/or guardians will be called immediately if a child’s actions violate these policies and regulations.
  8. Activities offered at AeroXSpace can carry inherent risks and hazards, whether arising from mechanical equipment or from the nature of the various facilities and activities involved. Thus, customers, parents, and/or guardians fully authorize AeroXSpace employees, agents, and representatives to provide, approve, and authorize necessary first aid or emergency healthcare services to customers and/or children.
  9. If necessary, and if an emergency persists, AeroXSpace employees are permitted to use emergency transportation, such as but not limited to ambulances or other emergency vehicles, to transport customers and/or children for medical purposes to the nearest available medical facility for proper medical care.
  10. If possible, AeroXSpace employees will make reasonable efforts to contact family members, parents, and/or guardians before providing or authorizing any care in such events. If, for any reason, family members, parents, and/or guardians are not around or cannot be found during such emergencies, efforts should be made by AeroXSpace employees to contact said parents and/or guardians at the phone number provided to AeroXSpace.
  11. Regardless of any other terms and conditions, AeroXSpace has no authority to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining procedures for a child/adult.
  12. AeroXSpace is not responsible for injuries to adult or child customers while on the premises and while using the attractions, especially if such injuries are caused by customers’ uncontrollable behavior and/or physical conditions or special needs not disclosed to AeroXSpace employees and management.
  13. AeroXSpace reserves the right to refuse customer entry due to space capacity and other restrictions related to the safety, health, and comfort of all customers.
  14. Customers are not allowed to bring outside food & drinks into AeroXSpace and are not allowed to consume food & drinks in the play area.
  15. All customers, parents, and/or guardians assume all risks of injury or danger to themselves or children related to their participation in any and all activities and games at AeroXSpace.
  16. All parents and/or guardians agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge AeroXSpace, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and its management, employees, and agents, from all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of action in connection with death, injury, loss, or damage to customers or children, whatever the cause, which has or may arise for any reason or during customers’ visits.
  17. Customers, parents, and/or guardians acknowledge that AeroXSpace has the right to take photos, videos, record or reproduce images and/or sounds of any guests entering AeroXSpace, and to use such films, videos, recordings, images, and/or sounds for both non-commercial and commercial purposes, without the requirement to make payments to customers.
  18. Customers, parents, and/or guardians pledge that all personal photos and/or videos taken within AeroXSpace premises are only for personal use and interests. Commercial filming must be approved by AeroXSpace before recording.
  19. All customers, parents, and/or guardians acknowledge AeroXSpace’s absolute right to refuse any photography or video recording within AeroXSpace premises without providing any explanation.

Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AeroXSpace Adventure Bali as your recreational destination. Please read our ticket purchase and cancellation policy carefully before completing your transaction.

  1. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
    All play ticket purchases made through our official website, www.aeroxspace.id, are final. We apply a Non-Refundable and No Cancellation Policy, which means:
    • Tickets that have been paid for cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for cash, or reimbursed for any reason, including weather conditions, changes in travel plans, or an incorrect visit date selected by the customer.
    • AeroXSpace Adventure Bali is not responsible for tickets that expire because they were not used within their validity period. No refund will be provided for expired or unused tickets.
  2. Rescheduling Policy
     Tickets are valid only for the visit date selected during the booking process. Requests to change or reschedule the visit date cannot be accommodated once payment has been successfully confirmed.
  3. Force Majeure and System Failure
    A refund or alternative compensation may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
    • Unexpected Operational Closure: AeroXSpace Adventure Bali is required to close completely on the scheduled visit date due to internal technical issues, emergency maintenance, government instructions, or other force majeure events.
    • Payment System Failure: Payment has been successfully deducted from your account, including a successful Virtual Account payment, but our system fails to issue the corresponding e-ticket or admission barcode.
  4. Claim Requirements and Procedures Customers experiencing an issue related to system failure or force majeure must submit a report subject to the following requirements:
    Required Supporting Documents: Customers must provide a valid proof of payment or a bank transaction statement and the payment confirmation email.
    Reporting Deadline: The issue must be reported within a maximum of 1 × 24 hours from the time the transaction issue occurred.
