Warm-Up and Stretching
Before diving into our exciting attractions, we highly recommend starting with a warm-up and some light stretching. This helps prepare your body for physical activity, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing your overall experience. Our designated warm-up area includes guidance to help you get started.
Hygiene Measures
To maintain high hygiene standards, we have implemented several measures:
Hair Cap for Hygiene
To ensure cleanliness, we provide Hair Caps free of charge for all visitors before putting on helmets for certain attractions. This simple measure helps keep our helmets clean and comfortable for everyone. Just grab one at the entrance to the attraction, and you’re ready for your adventure!
Our Commitment to Safety
We take every precaution to ensure your experience is both fun and safe:
- Certified Staff: All staff members receive comprehensive safety training and first-aid certification to handle any situation.
- Industry-Standard Equipment: We use only the best, safety-certified equipment for all activities.
- Routine Inspections: Our attractions undergo regular safety inspections to maintain the highest standards.
Height Requirements for Certain Attractions
To ensure safety, some attractions have specific height requirements. Please make sure you meet the necessary criteria before joining the adventure:
- Space Center: Cadets must be at least 110 cm tall to enter.
- Galactic Climbs & Space Coaster: A minimum height of 120 cm is required.
- VR Flying Cinema: Reach for the stars, but you must be at least 130 cm tall to fly.
- Stellar Ropes Course: For this ultimate challenge, a height of 140 cm or more is necessary.
These guidelines help us ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Toddler Area: Little Astronauts Welcome
For our junior space explorers, we have a dedicated Toddler Zone designed specifically for children aged 1 to 6 years. If your child is 5 years old and taller than 110 cm, they can participate in the Space Area adventures but must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety.
Rules & Guidelines
To promote safety, we ask that all visitors follow these simple guidelines:
- Grip Socks Required: To prevent slipping, all visitors must wear special grip socks in areas such as trampolines and other high-activity zones.
- Supervised Play: Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Stay Hydrated: Take regular breaks and stay hydrated water stations are located throughout the park.
Health Precautions
Your health is our concern too. We’ve implemented additional health measures, including:
- Enhanced Cleaning: Frequent sanitization of high-touch areas and equipment.
- Hand Sanitizer Stations: Conveniently placed around the park for your use.
- Limited Capacity: We monitor the number of visitors to ensure proper social distancing.

To ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience, we provide a mandatory safety briefing video for all visitors. This short, engaging video outlines the essential rules, guidelines, and tips for navigating our attractions safely.

- Attraction-Specific Guidelines: Key safety protocols tailored to each activity, including trampolines, climbing walls, and the Space Coaster.
