Aerotag Battle Arena

By purchasing a ticket to AeroXSpace Adventure Park and entering the AeroXSpace premises, customers and the parents/guardians of their children agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. AeroXSpace is cleaned and sanitized regularly; therefore, all customers are required to clean their hands and wear special socks before entering to ensure health and safety conditions. AeroXSpace is not responsible for any allergic reactions, health conditions, and safety risks.
2. All customers are required to fill in contact details, read the terms, and sign a declaration form to enter AeroXSpace for safety and security purposes.
3. Each entry ticket is valid for one person only, and we will not remind customers after their playtime ends. Additional charges will apply when customers exceed their playtime.
4. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children while they enjoy and participate in AeroXSpace activities and attractions.
5. Participation of adult or child customers in all activities and attractions at AeroXSpace is subject to minimum physical requirements such as height and weight restrictions, including the use of safety equipment imposed for the safety of AeroXSpace customers.
6. AeroXSpace is committed to enforcing the highest safety standards and regulations. While AeroXSpace personnel will be present during adult and child participation in or around play areas, customers’ movements throughout the facility will not be directly supervised by AeroXSpace personnel.
7. All customers are subject to all AeroXSpace policies and regulations. Parents of children and/or guardians will be called immediately if a child’s actions violate these policies and regulations.
8. Activities offered at AeroXSpace can carry inherent risks and hazards, whether arising from mechanical equipment or from the nature of the various facilities and activities involved. Thus, customers, parents, and/or guardians fully authorize AeroXSpace employees, agents, and representatives to provide, approve, and authorize necessary first aid or emergency healthcare services to customers and/or children.
9. If necessary, and if an emergency persists, AeroXSpace employees are permitted to use emergency transportation, such as but not limited to ambulances or other emergency vehicles, to transport customers and/or children for medical purposes to the nearest available medical facility for proper medical care.
10. If possible, AeroXSpace employees will make reasonable efforts to contact family members, parents, and/or guardians before providing or authorizing any care in such events. If, for any reason, family members, parents, and/or guardians are not around or cannot be found during such emergencies, efforts should be made by AeroXSpace employees to contact said parents and/or guardians at the phone number provided to AeroXSpace.
11. Regardless of any other terms and conditions, AeroXSpace has no authority to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining procedures for a child/adult.
12. AeroXSpace is not responsible for injuries to adult or child customers while on the premises and while using the attractions, especially if such injuries are caused by customers’ uncontrollable behavior and/or physical conditions or special needs not disclosed to AeroXSpace employees and management.
13. AeroXSpace reserves the right to refuse customer entry due to space capacity and other restrictions related to the safety, health, and comfort of all customers.
14. Customers are not allowed to bring outside food & drinks into AeroXSpace and are not allowed to consume food & drinks in the play area.
15. All customers, parents, and/or guardians assume all risks of injury or danger to themselves or children related to their participation in any and all activities and games at AeroXSpace.
16. All parents and/or guardians agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge AeroXSpace, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and its management, employees, and agents, from all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of action in connection with death, injury, loss, or damage to customers or children, whatever the cause, which has or may arise for any reason or during customers’ visits.
17. Customers, parents, and/or guardians acknowledge that AeroXSpace has the right to take photos, videos, record or reproduce images and/or sounds of any guests entering AeroXSpace, and to use such films, videos, recordings, images, and/or sounds for both non-commercial and commercial purposes, without the requirement to make payments to customers.
18. Customers, parents, and/or guardians pledge that all personal photos and/or videos taken within AeroXSpace premises are only for personal use and interests. Commercial filming must be approved by AeroXSpace before recording.
19. All customers, parents, and/or guardians acknowledge AeroXSpace’s absolute right to refuse any photography or video recording within AeroXSpace premises without providing any explanation.
