By purchasing AeroXSpace Adventure Park tickets and entering the premises of AeroXSpace, the
customer and parent/legal guardian of his/her child/children agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The park is regularly cleaned & sanitized; therefore, all customers are required to sanitize their hands and wear grip socks prior to enter play areas to ensure the park health & safety condition. AeroXSpace shall not be held responsible for any risks of allergy, health & safety condition.
2. All AeroXSpace customers are obliged to fill-in contact detail, read the park terms, and sign the waiver to enter the park for safety & security purposes. 
3. Each entrance ticket is valid for one person and we will not remind customers once the playtime expires, additional charges will apply when customers exceed the playtime.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to monitor and supervise their child/children while he/she/they enjoy and participate in the activities and attractions of AeroXSpace.
5. The participation of adult customer or the child in all activities and attractions within AeroXSpace is subject to the minimum physical requirements such as height and weight limitations, also mandatory the use of safety equipment which are imposed for the safety of AeroXSpace’s customers.
6. AeroXSpace is committed to upholding the highest safety standards and regulations. While AeroXSpace personnel will be present for the duration of the adult and children’s participation in or on an attraction, customers movement throughout the facility will not be directly supervised by the AeroXSpace personnel.
7. Customer is subject to all AeroXSpace policies and regulations, and the attention of child parent(s) and/or guardian(s) will immediately be called in case their actions violate said policies.
8. The activities offered at AeroXSpace may carry inherent risks and dangers, both arising from mechanical equipment and from the nature of the different facilities and activities involved. Accordingly, customer(s), parent(s) and/or guardian(s) fully authorizes any of the staff, employees, agents and representatives of AeroXSpace to provide for, approve and authorize any required first aid or emergency health care services to customer and/or the child.
9. If necessary, and in case the emergency persists, AeroXSpace staff are allowed to utilize emergency transportation such as, but not limited to, ambulance or such other emergency vehicles, to transport customer and/or the child for medical purposes to the nearest available medical facility for proper medical treatment.
10. Whenever possible, AeroXSpace staff will use reasonable efforts to contact the family, parent(s), and/or guardian(s) before administering or authorizing any treatment in such an event. If, by some reason or another, family, parent(s), and/or guardian(s) are not within the vicinity or cannot be located during the said emergency, efforts shall be made by AeroXSpace staff to contact the said parent(s) and/or guardian(s) at the phone numbers provided to AeroXSpace.
11. Notwithstanding other terms and conditions, AeroXSpace shall not have the authority to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining procedures for the child.
12. AeroXSpace shall not be held responsible for any injury to adult customer or the child while inside the premises and while using the attractions, especially if the injury was a result of unruly customer behavior and/or a customer’s physical condition or special needs which was not disclosed to AeroXSpace staff and management.
13. AeroXSpace reserve the right to refuse entry due to space capacity and other restrictions related with safety, health, and comfort of all customers. Customer are not allowed to bring outside food & beverage into the park as well as no food & beverages in the play attraction’s area.
14. All customers, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) assume all risk of injury or harm to themselves or child/children associated with his/her/their participation in any and all activities and attractions within AeroXSpace.
15. All parent(s) and/or guardian(s) agree to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge AeroXSpace Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as its management, staff, employees, and agents, from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the customer, or the child, howsoever caused, arising or to arise by reason of or during the length of the customer’s visit.
16. Customers, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) acknowledge that AeroXSpace has the right to film, video, record or otherwise reproduce any image and/or voice of any guest who enters AeroXSpace, and use the said film, video, record, image and/or voice for any non or commercial purposes, without any requirement to make payment to the customer.
17. Customers, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) undertake that all personal photographs and/or videos taken within AeroXSpace’s premises shall only be for personal use and enjoyment. Commercial photography within the premises requires AeroXSpace approval prior to execution.
18. All customers, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) acknowledge AeroXSpace’s absolute right to refuse the taking of any photograph or video recording inside AeroXSpace’s premises without need of explanation whatsoever.
